Free Cellular Service

You may be eligible for 68 minutes of free cellular service a month! Qualifying individuals receive a TracFone in the mail and your minutes are renewed every month for one year, after which you must re-qualify. Unused minutes roll over into the next month. People participating in the following programs are eligible:

Electric Universal Service Program
Food Stamps
Maryland Energy Assistance Program
Medical Assistance
Public Assistance to Adults
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Temporary Cash Assistance
Temporary Disability Assistance Program
