To speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children who are involved in the juvenile courts.
Court Appointed Special Advocates are trained adult volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system. The CASA volunteer works with the child, his/her family, teachers, the social worker, and the attorney to ensure that a safe and permanent home is secured for the child in the shortest time possible.
