The Medical Adult Day Services program assists residents of Caroline County with physical, psychological, or emotional needs, to remain in their homes living as independently as possible in the community.

Skilled Nursing: Medication administration and medical treatments, as ordered by your doctor. Transportation: We transport to and from your home and to local medical appointments. Social Services: A licensed Social Worker is available to assist you with any questions or needs you may have. Activities: A daily variety: Music, Exercise, BINGO, Active/Board games, Luncheons, Parties, Educational Nutrition: Meals are served family style: Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks Personal Care: Shaves, Showers, Nail Care, and a Licensed Beautician
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 16 years old and under a physician’s care, free from Tuberculosis, and be able to attend 2-5 days a week for a minimum of 4 hours a day.

Fees
Fees apply for services. Medicaid accepted. Sliding scale set by Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. VA pays for two days per week for approved veterans. Also,the program receives reimbursement from respite programs.
