Priority Partners’ Community Health Advocate Program offers no cost educational health presentations and materials to low and moderate income individuals and families. Workshops and classes give participants the opportunity to learn about a variety of medical conditions and provide valuable preventative health information.

Community health advocate presentations cover key health topics like pregnancy, diabetes, smoking cessation, asthma, immunizations, nutrition and obesity, and heart health. Notable topics like “What to do When Your Child is Sick” and “ask Me Three”, a national prize winning program on how to be your own health advocate, are also offered along with many more topics focused on encouraging healthy behaviors and improving health. There is no cost for the presentations and participants walk away equipped with valuable information and fun give-a-ways. Community health advocates are also available to participate in local health fairs and community events.
