Caroline County Early Head Start strives to ensure young children and their families have the resources they need to learn and succeed. We provide quality early care and education, family support and related services to help parents meet their goals of becoming economically and socially self-sufficient in order to raise healthy, successful children.

A family advocate is assigned to each family to be a case manager and work on their individual needs. Off-site services include home visits by a case manager. The Parents As Teachers program is a family education and support program that includes home visits and group meetings at the center.
