Fire and EMS services provided. Holds periodic Open Houses teaching fire prevention. The U.L. Harman Memorial Hall is a full service Banquet Facility. The hall is located 110 Firehouse Lane in Marydel, Delaware 19964 . Meals are catered by the Fireman & Ladies Auxiliary of the Marydel Fire Company. To provide emergency fire, rescue and EMS services to the citizens of Caroline and surrounding counties as needed. There is a Junior Cadet program for teenagers ages 12-15. Cadet program starts at age 16. Youth volunteers are accepted at ages 16-18 for Junior Fire Fighter, and those 18 and older can become full members. You must apply to the fire department for admission for their free fire or EMS training, and a background check is required.
