All library locations are closed through March 28, in cooperation with the county’s effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Our current plan is to reopen on Monday, March 30.

The Chamber is a networking, information and growth resource to businesses, non-profits, government institutions and other organizations, as well as interested individuals. There are several working committees for volunteers to serve on, including: Caroline Professionals Network; Scholarship Committee; Marketing and Member Services; Business and Education Partnership; Business and Government Partnership; and the Paddlefest Committee, among others. All Executive Committee and Board meetings are open to the membership.
We help Caroline County businesses with expansion projects, workforce development, and infrastructure. We lead business attraction efforts for the county as well as assist small businesses and entrepreneurs launch new businesses. Our office manages the County's small business loan program.

Administers farm commodity programs, farm ownership, operating and emergency loans, conservation and environmental programs, emergency and disaster relief, domestic and international food assistance, and international export credit programs. The programs are provided in an effort to help farmers produce an adequate food supply, maintain viable operations, compete for export sales of commodities, and to contribute to the availability of a variety of low-cost, safe, and nutritious foods.

Housed at the Talbot Co. Chamber of Commerce. Provides free, confidential counseling by experienced business executives volunteering their time to help current and prospective small business owners develop effective business plans and create strategies for business growth.
Provide business consulting services to assist potential and existing small business owners to develop and refine business plans, solve problems, and find financial resources. Training programs are offered to help people turn ideas into business plans and to develop growth strategies. Also available is a resource library of books, magazines, and websites.
