The Infant & Toddler Program is an interagency program for families with infants and toddlers who may be experiencing a delay in development or who have a diagnosed condition that has a high probability of delay. Provides services for children, birth to 3 years, who exhibit developmental delays. A child with a suspected developmental delay, birth through age three, is eligible for screening and assessments to identify early and intervention needs. If you are concerned about a baby or toddler’s development, call 410-479-3246 to share your concerns and request a screening. Screenings can be done in the home.
