The Infant & Toddler Program is an interagency program for families with infants and toddlers who may be experiencing a delay in development or who have a diagnosed condition that has a high probability of delay. The goal of the program is to provide services to identified eligible infants and toddlers in the areas of special instruction, speech and language, occupational and physical therapies, nutrition, & family training.

Provides services for children, birth to 3 years, who exhibit developmental delays. A child with a suspected developmental delay, birth through age three, is eligible for screening and assessments to identify early and intervention needs. If you are concerned about a baby or toddler’s development, call 410-479-3246 to share your concerns and request a screening. Screenings can be done in the home.
