Service

The Denton Lions Club donates money for those that need eyeglasses. Applications for assistance purchasing eyeglasses are available at the Department of Social Services or by contacting John Nussear at 443-845-3805 or johnnussear@hotmail.com. We contribute money to the Leader Dog seeing eye dog program, Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Clinic, local schools, soccer teams, Girls and Boys State, and numerous community organizations. We offer two or more scholarships to graduating seniors of NCHS.

Our meetings are the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 6:30 PM at the Denton Clubhouse behind the Little League Ball Fields at 224 Maryland Ave.

Our Clubhouse is available for group meetings, baby or bridal showers, and other gatherings of 50 people or less.  There is a full kitchen and bathroom in the building with a wheelchair ramp for those with mobility needs.  Contact Wayne Wiley at 410-829-9573 for more information.
