Service

This is a resource center for families and schools serving families and educators of children with disabilities in Caroline County. Services include special education resources, information and referral, assistance with the I.E.P., seminars and workshops, consultation, lending library, newsletter, information about local, state, and national parent organizations, facilitation of parent and children’s support groups. There is a Mom’s Mornings Together support group for moms with children with disabilities. The children are invited, it meets the last Monday of the month at 10:00am at Denton Elementary School, Portable #2. Periodically offers Sibshops programs. These programs target siblings of special needs children and celebrates the contributions they make toward their disabled sibling.

Families and Educators of children with disabilities, birth – 21, in Caroline County.
