Answers fire calls and provides EMS services. Does demonstrations on how to put out fires, cut up cars, and use a fire extinguisher. Various fundraisers include: BREAKFAST – 4th Sunday of each month from 7 Am until 10 AM; All-U-CAN-EAT – Adults $7, children 4-12 $4, Under 3 Free; TEEN DANCES – scheduled monthly on Friday nights- Admission $5 Ages 11 – 17; MONTHLY MEETINGS are held the 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month at 8 PM. Election of new officers held every year on the second Thursday in March.

THREE TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP: All applicants must pass a physical exam and be sponsored by a current member in good standing. CADET – (ages 14-18). Teenagers can count their service with the fire company toward their community service requirement. ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP – Adults – required to obtain training & classes sponsored by the State of Maryland. Must met Fire Company requirements, pass phyical exam. ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP – must pass a physical exam and be active yearly.
