Service

DILA offers a variety of services, including employment support, residential support, information and referral and communication resources, for Eastern Shore residents with hearing loss. Above all DILA strives to promote active, independent living among the people we serve. Our Communication Center is equipped with leading-edge telecommunications equipment including a Captioned Telephone (CapTelâ„¢) and TTYs (text telephones). The center also offers Video Relay Service (VRS), a technology that enables sign language users to converse in their native language with the person they are calling. Interpreting services and community employment services also provided.
