MRDC Head Start offers comprehensive services to low income families including early childhood education, nutrition, health and social services, and encourages strong parental involvement. HUD certified staff provides counseling and assistance in landlord/tenant relations and eviction prevention, foreclosure prevention, and loss mitigation. First-time home buyer counseling is available to low income households seeking to improve their housing conditions. The Circuit Rider Program helps small communities receive direct and technical assistance in personnel administration, grant preparation, & administration and overall administrative oversight.
