Provides subsidized home loans to very low and low income people for new and existing homes. Provides grants to very low income people age 62 or older and one percent interest loans for any very low income person who owns and occupies their home to complete home repairs that are needed to fix hazardous conditions for safety reasons. Applications available by mail, email or in the office.
